James Forbes

Jim Forbes is head of Bank of America’s Global Principal Investments Division. Mr. Forbes was previously head of Asia Pacific Corporate and Investment Banking based in Hong Kong. From 2002 to 2008 he served as Global Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch. Jim’s transaction experience includes mergers and acquisitions, equity and convertible financings and high yield financings. In the last five years, he helped companies raise over $50 billion in financing. Before joining Merrill Lynch in 1995, Jim worked at CS First Boston where he was part of Debt Capital Markets.
